• The photo is processed immediately and not stored on our servers
• OpenAI processes the image according to their privacy policy
• Only the cleanliness evaluation result is returned to your device

We do not:

• Store your photos
• Share your photos with third parties (except OpenAI for processing)
• Use your photos for training AI models
• Access your photo library without permission

Usage Data

We only track:

• Number of photos analyzed per user
• Basic app usage statistics (anonymous)

• The AI analyzes the image to assess cleanliness levels and provide feedback
• We receive only the analysis results, not the photo back
• Photos are not stored permanently by us - we have no photo database
• OpenAI processes photos according to their privacy policy (typically deleted within 30 days)

Children's Privacy - COPPA Compliance

Age Restriction: Is It Clean? is NOT intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, DO NOT use this app or provide any information.

If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@merinlabs.com.

Parents: If your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it removed.

Note: We cannot delete photos from OpenAI's servers as we do not store or control them.
